Any chance MD+ Compatibility is in the cards?

I don't have any plans for this as I'd rather encourage folks to make MSU-MD patches instead. Unlike the SNES, the MD already had a CD add-on so a bespoke hardware extension wasn't really needed

I mean would it be able to run md+ games the way that the retroarch emulator with genesis gx core does? sorry to ask again, just wondering
