How do you find the time for amazing projects like this? Or is it just so easy to you now you can knock them out? Pretty amazing.

Cut out is for mounting the audio jack, which might need special handling for overmolding. Not 100% happy with the sync stripper, but it's probably the right call for HD15/VGA interconnects.

Are there already good high quality shielded vga cables with audio on the market or is this something you are working on as well?

I believe he's posted pics of some nice ones he's worked on over on Twitter, but I know there are Extron ones that seem fine. I've picked up some NOS ones on eBay for fairly cheap.
