Uh, it won't, Breaking the ban will become a point of pride for under 16s just to stick to Sir Kunt and the many useless parents who can't be bothered to control their own kids and depend on an infamously useless government to do it for them.

What else can we do? BigTech will never self-regulate (monopolies never do). UK Gov't can never regulate / enforce effectively (BigTech has too much money to keep cheating the tech / legal battles). What are the other options?
