Is there a way to use the workshop without requiring the Epic Games launcher?

If you want to play workshop characters, you don't need the Epic Games launcher at all since everything is through Steam (check out how to access here:https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2217000/view/501718945006355551 ) To create workshop characters though, you do need to get our (1/2)

modkit via the Epic Games store (it's free), since the game is made in unreal engine which is owned and created by Epic games.

This beta is just the beginning of the game's Workshop journey. Our goal is to give creators the tools to build amazing characters and content just like in Rivals 1. Read our launch article here to get started: store.steampowered.com/news/app/221...
