Thinking about putting a marine radio antenna on my Seattle balcony overlooking Elliott Bay, transcribing the traffic automatically, and building a map where you can click on boats and hear what they were saying. Worth ~$200 in hardware or is this a solved problem? 🚢📡 (Is there enough chatter?)
