One side effect of AI chatbots integrated into apps: they let you easily see what users actually want to achieve, as they’re literally typing it and sending it to you in plain English. High-signal insights that would otherwise be incredibly hard to get.

Sure you can also just ask them, but when they're talking to your chatbot they're actually in the moment trying to achieve a specific goal. That's often not the case when they receive your questionnaire.
