Investors who think this silly stunt will improve Tesla's business in any material way--as opposed to it representing a stupid waste of R&D resources--deserve to lose their money. Meanwhile, I'm going to guess the reaction among Chinese EV manufacturers: whatever "LOL" is in Mandarin.

Compressed air cans that would fit on your car wouldn't so much result in flight as some light jostling. There's no way they actually put a compressor of the size you'd need to generate any force in the chassis of a 1980s cardboard Lamborghini. Engineer Man away!
