Spent the last hour in the kitchen making pizza from scratch while my wife was watching a professional women's soccer game--as in, the kind of scenario that leads certain types on X to declare "The West has fallen."

If it's really from scratch, you'd need more like a day to let the dough rise, punch out down, rise some more, order a pizza, punch it down, rise some more, proof it, etc.

Once again, using a Baking Steel yielded a much crisper crust than you'd otherwise get out of an home oven.
