I say, let the MAGAs do their Medicaid cuts. There will be short term pain, but if the GOP is annihilated in the mid-terms, the Dems can quickly reverse all the insane MAGA cuts and restore sanity and humanism to politics.

The Medicaid cuts won't happen for years, but the tax cuts will be almost immediate. Pain from cuts won't be felt right now. By the time they kick in, they will blame the Democrats. Not that they won't blame the Democrats for everything anyway.
