Curious what the resident sees at the approval step - the exact service request, location and any attachments? A chance to correct those before submission could be especially useful when an agent has inferred the address.

Yeah right your agent can only submit very specific band of requests and no attachments at all but next step is to allow for that. Right now your agent makes the request via MCP to the city and reports back on what it says and if its filed or whats allowed based on the rules
