Our power is out. Generator is running. I'm having slight Helene PTSD (no power for 2 weeks, no water for 3 weeks). Six minutes before it went out I got this email from Duke Energy:

The clothes in the washer got a good 11 hour soak (W/D not on generator). Caused by fallen tree. The hazards of mountain living.
