Just beat Claire's campaign for resident evil 2! I liked it SO much more than than leon's. I liked Leon's but it felt like the Birkin stuff came out of kinda nowhere and it kinda felt disjointed from the main plot with him and Ada. In Claire's campaign its front and center and all for the better!

Also the emotional core with her and Sherry hits way harder than the love(?) Story with Leon and ada for me. Like Claire and Sherry are so sweet and I was so invested in their story. Also Annette felt way more reasonable in this too and it felt like she did care about her husband, her and Claire's

Dynamic worked pretty well. Also Claire in general felt way more characterful than leon did, her little quips and being upset about getting covered in literal shit, her tone shift for when shes talking to Sherry, and how much of a badass she is stepping up immediately to fight that second to last

Birkin. While leon was forced to by Annette, she went "i got this" and kicked the shit out of him. And then the actual final boss fight, not mr x like leon's but waaaay cooler with a final Birkin boss and you get a MINIGUN IN A FALLING TRAIN PLAYFORM. like holy aura. Also in general things felt way

Load out. Leon's shotgun was so nice and i wish Claire got that instead of two pistols and a grenade launcher. And a submachine gun later but that took me a bit to get. Otherwise 10/10
