Man, I'd love something like this for fixing the single-executable dotnet watch experience, especially with blazor wasm.

Sorry I can't be of much use there 😣 This is fixing the experience with Aspire as watch likes to rip down the whole app (and break things) for every single change currently. It's going to get better, but for now this is a tooled workaround. Still using dotnet watch under the hood, just per project.
