Anyone else have an outdoor weather station from IQAir/AirVisual? I've been noticing the publicaly reported data from mine is wildly different from the internally reported data (and the internally reported data matches reality). Often it showing >20F lower than reality.

I tried submitting a support ticket and got no response. But like - the actual data is right but the public data is crazy off. Here’s a few recent screenshots to show what I mean.

Top is my outdoor monitor (internal data). Bottom is same time public data. (Middle is my indoor sensor if your curious)

Could they be averaging it over time while it's locally reporting instantaneous values?

I don’t think so. Much too far off for that. I’ve noticed that for my general area all of the public ones are reading too low - they list 6 inputs for the area, but you can only see 3, the other 3 are apparently purple air stations.

My bet is *it is* averaged, but their integration is not converting metric to Fahrenheit for the external sensors leading to an incorrect average, or the externals are just wrong.
