ICE pepper-sprayed this 1-year-old girl. Once at the hospital, the doctor had to call in a poison control specialist. They had never seen anyone that young pepper sprayed. Another horrific story. More details below.

Please tell me the ICE thug was criminally charged. In no way does a 1 year old pose a threat to a grown ass man.

Qualified immunity. The Supreme Court has not ruled that pepper spraying a one year old is a violation of rights.

It’s well established that you can’t pepper spray a one year old in a Costco parking lot, but Sam’s Club is still an open question.

I think that only applies to weekdays. Pepper spraying anyone in a Costco parking lot on a Saturday has been ruled as appropriate response.
