It's messed up that I feel like I have to say this. States run elections independently on a date set by Congress. The only way to hypothetically "cancel" an election is delaying Election Day through a new law in Congress. However, the presidential term will end on January 20, 2029 no matter what.

Ok but wouldn't it be awesome if he "cancelled" the elections, and only red states complied? And for thr first time ever, every voting state unanimously agreed on who the next president was?

It wouldn't be the first time. The 1864 election happened during the Civil War without the states still in Confederate control. Lincoln won 212 to 21.
