For starters, IMO there is a good case to treat the TikTok acquisition as void ab initio. Trump violated the strict letter of a statute for a year in order to arrange its sale to a regime-aligned oligarch

Oracle is gonna topple when the AI bubble pops. Maybe among the first because their bet is on data centers for open AI. (When) OAI bails on those because their revenue falls and they actually admit they don’t need the data centers Oracle will be standing with the bag yelling force majeure.
