In situations of opiod overdose: 1st instance, I thought the guy was sent to offer me a smoke to kill me kamikaze style, I was aware he was overdosing did not expect him to actually die, he wasn't my responsibility at all, either karmic or I didn't know 2nd instance, I saved a transwoman's life

The second instance, a transwoman was wearing clothing indicating gang affiliation as if she was sent to die on that toilet so as to inconvenience me by removing my access to a toilet Which was insanely cruel by whoever set that up She's fortunate we got her an ambulance in time to save her
