i just found out that... someone made an ai chat bot of a character from a short story that i wrote? while flattered that they liked that character enough to want to talk to them, this is the worst kind of praise 😭

I started reading a new webcomic once and the lone comment on page 1 was someone saying they "liked" it so much they fed it into an AI chatbot. And there's something so harrowing about running away & gushing to a (scraping, wasteful) AI how much you "love" a story, instead of... its actual creator
