RoadRunner... cause while Sonic may be faster, the RR has magic/portals on his side. I feel like after everything, Sonic would be coming up to the finish line, and RR would be standing just beyond the tape.

Roadrunner

roadrunner ran through a boulder unharmed in 1957. His speed turned the boulder into a new reality. Roadrunner can go from hypersonic to 0 mph in .5 seconds. It can do this in mid-air. It can accelerate in mid-air. original sonic (1991) has a stated speed of “over Mach 1” roadrunner is faster.

Well both are owned by skydance now, so I'm certain that someone will attempt to solve this as a bit in the sequel to Coyote v. Acme

It depends. Is this classic Sonic or Modern? As we all know, classic Sonic is the fastest thing ali-ee-ive. But modern Sonic would get cocky and taunt Roadrunner. And since the Roadrunner is a force of karmic justice, Sonic will definitely lose.
