Okay so I've got a decision to make. I'm taking over the HOA site for my new neighborhood, and it's currently a wordpress site that is slow and expensive. I want to just rewrite it in Laravel, but obviously someone with 0 programming knowledge wouldn't be able to just take it over

We plan to be in this house for many years, like 20+. Do I rewrite in Laravel and just leave the passing of the torch for future sam? I could also just keep maintaining it even if we move for a small fee or something
