Post

Wanna come work with me? ngrok are shortly going to be posting a position for someone to take ownership of our video content, focusing on well-researched, well-presented AI educational stuff (a la ngrok.com/blog/prompt-...). If that sounds like your cup of tea, my DMs are open 🙏

Some extra details until the job posting is up: - Remote, non-US okay - Really want someone with software dev experience - Long-form and short-form content - Really don't want to make clickbait, even if it works - Ideally full-time - Really want to make the best stuff we can

We're very serious about that last point. With the prompt caching post I spent 6 weeks to make sure I knew what I was saying and I was presenting it in the best way I could. Our metrics since then suggest that this strategy, aiming to produce the best piece of content on a topic, works.

I don't do video, but just wanted to say that's my entire career as a journalist; you don't *have* to do all the SEO grifting bullshit to make content, you can do pretty well by just trying to make it good
