I have struggled with this my entire career. 😔 Breaking things down helps. Easier to estimate smaller tasks than larger ones. A work culture of understanding no one is clairvoyant also helps.

Honestly a huge part of it was just realizing I can get better at estimating but I will never be good at it. Really allows you to give yourself grace when you're a senior+ and still off your estimate by a factor or 2 or 3
