I have a great amount of love for this person and then she just whipped out The Discourse on me

What's been very striking is how much "being anti AI" is turning into an identity that's almost removed from any actual standpoints or concerns. It's looking so much like an ingroup signal more than anything. And that's NOT good for anyone!
