As long as you insure the stuff, Fedex can be whatever they want. As long as they Be their asses in the way with the refund.

Fedex is easily my least favorite delivery company. One time they kept just not delivering my shop order, lied to me over the phone about it, then made me drive to their airport location to go get it myself(literally the furthest away FedEx in my county)
