Until Bondi and Noem commit to--and show they are committed to--ensuring due process for EVERY PERSON detained by ICE, starting with *individual warrants showing probable cause", detention in same county where detained, access to representation, etc. we need this kind of thing.

In 1954, the US Supreme Court ruled that the federal government was bound by the 14th amendment of the Constitution to provide due process and equal protection under the law to everyone in its jurisdiction. This includes non-citizens on US soil. (Bolling v Sharpe)
