Couple this with sentencing reforms and a dramatic overhaul of mental health..which leads back to healthcare. The way we administer justice in this country is unbelievably fucked - lots of work needs to be done.

need to start thinking now about a full package of judicial reforms: new justices, new circuits, new district courts, ethics reforms, docket reforms, and transparency reforms.
