Metro Council voted NO to a crucial one-year pause on new data centers. Instead of taking a year to protect our community, they approved a compressed six-month pause. Six months isn’t enough time to get this right. And we can’t let them waste a single day.

WHAT WE’RE DEMANDING IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS: Protect families and home values from constant industrial cooling noise. Clear data on how utility bills will be affected. Require facilities to recycle water continuously. Ensure we aren’t left holding the bag for toxic cleanup or abandoned empty shells.
