Metro Council voted NO to a crucial one-year pause on new data centers. Instead of taking a year to protect our community, they approved a compressed six-month pause. Six months isn’t enough time to get this right. And we can’t let them waste a single day.

16 NO Votes (Voted against the 1-year pause/chose tech and developers over constituents): * Republicans: Reed, Kramer, Joseph, Seum Jr., Bast, Parker, Piagentini, Benson, Bratcher, Hudson, Mulvey-Woolridge, Batshon. * Democrats: Owen, Winkler, Ackerson.
