I hope you get chance to see Elian Donan castle, that's a beauty. I also recommend the Quiraing on the isle of skye but that can be quite out of the way.

I wanted to do Isle of Skye today but a big storm is coming in and I didn’t want to risk getting stuck driving in a torrential downpour for hours Unfortunately that’s next trip :(

Totally fair, i went up there in a storm during Feb 2020 (Yes, it was just a couple days after lockdown) and it was fun but we were soaked through. Plus with the rain you can't see anything
