Secret Service is actually part of DHS Until 2003 it was part of the Treasury Dept FBI busy tracking down Patel, wondering where he has the FBI jet, and providing security details for his girlfriend DOJ is using their resources to investigate and charge James Comey for posting 8647 Tax dollars
