Sorry. It's not very honest to just decide that "the rules" are the #1 component of the problem, without even discussing or weighing the magnitude of the other issues. The lack of tradespeople will keep prices high even if the rules change. So... your conclusion makes no sense.

Thanks- but that’s not part of the video, so it’s not helpful in the context of the video. Still Europe also has LOTS of rules and regs but builds things from elevators to subways to apts cheaper. Complaining about rules/standards doesn’t adequately explain our larger building issues.
