I hear a lot of people quick with opinions about what Ed Sheeran should have done. So far none of them have known a thing about his contractual obligations or what it would have cost him to renege. High horses must be selling cheap. So many people ride them.

You may be right. OTH, Macklemore is pretty well off himself. So it's not like Sheeran quitting in solidarity will save a young artist from poverty. Judging the guy, or anyone, from social media tidbits is not for me. My sympathy goes to whoever the mob wants to tear apart.
