I haven't personally experienced prompt driven app development to be actually practical in possibility. I've seen the "todo app" frontend file of code, but I've yet to be able to prompt a *cohesive* deployable backend, OpenAPI, database schema, and frontend with all components, methods, and services

Yeah I've noticed it can handle really small bits well, but when it comes to even a simple CRUD app (even well defined with functional requirements, user stories, and workflows), it can't stay cohesive and struggles mightily. That to me is an unmet baseline for producing a real web application
