@thesmarthome.blog @homekitnews.bsky.social I was tinkering this weekend with light scenes. I exported a scene from Hue to HomeKit and abruptly told by my wife the colour wasn’t the same. She was correct, the bright white colour had added a yellow tint. So I exported again, same result.

could it be connected to the bulbs working with Adaptive Lighting in the Apple Home app, that might be overriding the colour temperature set in the Hue app?

It’s a good shout but I haven’t enable adaptive lighting for those particular bulbs. However it’s still weird how it would override a scene. It’s as if it just doesn’t like the colour values, yet I can set the correct colour within the Home app, just a weird anomaly 🤷🏻‍♂️ Or an iOS26 bug 🐛
