When I first moved in with my nesting partner, our cat would scream at me to be fed first thing on a morning. I didn't realize he was doing that just after she'd already fed him, so he was successfully gaslighting us into getting second breakfasts for like a solid month until we figured it out. 😅

This honestly fits the "cats see their human as another, larger cat" notion
