No clue. The Louligans made a remark in their press release that "the organization is hidden behind an NDA with the registering company..." as though Beck Flavors filed the trademark app on behalf of someone else. Even if that's true, it's still a dick move on their part.

They may or may not have had their Facebook page reported as "impersonating a business" 😬😄

They have a very brief window and a tight path to do the right thing and create a large and loyal fanbase for a long time or be on the wrong side of a soccer supporters group…which I can’t imagine the horrors of that prospect.

My thoughts on this are too many to enumerate at this time. But we all know there are cretins in this world that would use any advantage they have to kill anything people think is nice and/or helpful just because they think they might possibly make a quick buck at it. Or they just think it’s cool.
