That's worth renaming. Benefit is something you gain (and that can be stripped easily), right is something you're entitled to.

If you read the statute you will notice that it says we are entitled to the benefit. One can be entitled to a benefit. As with insurance. Notice it also says insurance. What is your hang-up with the word benefit? Your definition is not accurate.
