My main issue is with the new theme, which is a HUGE jump from the old the old theme had quite a more welcoming feel to it, it was easier to look at and worked much better with the often very bright and colorful artworks being shown

with the new theme, it's just strong contrasts over strong contrasts, the color impact between the dark and very bright portions is sometimes just too much so maybe make a "legacy theme" maybe I mean, you're already using tailwindcss if I see it correctly, that has a theming functionality included

plus ... there are quite some inconsistencies when it comes to the usability like out-of-the blue page reloads or accessibility things like clear visibility of text, the full size (no margin) content container or sometimes popup things ( like why is the login a popup but not the registration ? )
