Any information on potential prices of tiers and what each tier gives you?

It would be really helpful to have some transparent pricing before investing a lot of time on a product that may be outside of one's budget.

Totally understandable. We'll have competitive prices and different tiers, including free ones. Meaning that if you spend a lot time learning the tool in August, you can use if for free in September but perhaps not with every feature available.
