If you’re interested in buying one of these Model 4 prototypes, keep an eye out here. The Trump economy is shitting in my salad, so I’m getting a few guitars cleaned up for sale.

The Model 4 is a thin-bodied guitar, thin as an SG, but the neck, bridge, and pickups sit up at a higher plane above the body than on an SG, making it feel like an archtop in some ways. The design esthetic was "what if Teisco was crushing on Wandre and hired Giorgetto Giugiaro to design a guitar?"

Orange one is an alder body & African mahogany neck. USA Bigsby tremolo, Duncan Custom Shop Seth Lover soapbar humbucker, Lollar P90. Pretty light. Neck has a pretty chunky C+ profile, similar to a 50s Gibson. The Lover & Lollar P90 combo is super cool with lots of drive. Rich & thick. Rock machine.

Natural one is African mahogany body (1-piece) & neck. Gemini Mercury One humbuckers in soapbar form. Also reasonably light with chunky neck. Another great rock machine with those cool humbuckers.

The thin body with high playing surface makes for a kinder break angle for your arm over the body, which is easier on the right shoulder, if you have shoulder problems. I almost called this design the Safety Guitar (SG), but you might put an eye out with those pointy horns, so I didn't.
