BREAKING: Marjorie Taylor Greene announces she is resigning from Congress. Her last day in office will be January 5, 2026.

Yes, payback's a bitch, but the fact is, democracy needs dissent. While I personally oppose most everything MTG has ever expressed, her words have actually clarified others' views & red lines. Obviously, MTG can do as she chooses, but I'll go out on a limb & say I'd prefer her constituents choose.

May I ask what you think is the problem with democracy? When I think of Trump, I’m careful to remember he’s just one (despicable) person—his millions of supporters are the real problem. I’m therefore curious how MTG & co. aren’t the problem. And I agree, she’s a bigot, among other things.
