Listen, and this is a real question: why do we indicate gender on driver's licenses anyway?

Not being pedantic here: my driver's license has my biological sex, height, and eye color. I presume to aid in identification since the image isn't great. That's always been my assumption.

Presumably sex would only matter for identifying folks who look androgynous on their photos but not in person? Not sure.
