I think a lot of folks will move to value pricing. I think a lot will be expected to do more work in the same time and will drown.

AI is killing the billable hour. Charging clients for “hours” of research and document drafting that obviously took far less time with AI is unsustainable. It’ll be interesting to see which professions can successfully move to flat rates or outcome-based billing without losing revenue.
