this is intentional. we heard in the hearing where govt attorney Julie Le had her breakdown, ICE is holding detainees in inhumane conditions, telling them the only way out is to sign deportation papers, while KNOWINGLY violating orders for their release, for WEEKS. This is ethnic cleansing.
