Before any data center is proposed, the developer/owner needs to declare the original source of power and who has committed to providing it. Is it coal, natural gas, wind, solar, backup diesel generators, hydro, or a combination? Are the power sources in-state or out-of-state.

I read the article and didn't see any mention of Brad Finstad accepting money from data center interests before articulating this position. Why not?
