I've only gone and done a full year alcohol free! It's been a mad 12 months... I've met lots of new friends, visited new places, got into the best shape of my life and made decent progress with the old MH. Seriously life changing shit, no regrets ❤️

Wow, a massive achievement - and looking good on it. You should be very proud of yourself (🤔 I think this sounds a little patronising; the opposite is meant!)
