I haven’t been to the GP since before the EU referendum, and now I need an appointment I’ve got no idea how you even book one nowadays. The NHS app doesn’t make sense, might have to go old school and pop in tomorrow 🤷🏻‍♂️

Same here. I didn’t even know you could book on the app, only had it for Covid info. GP receptionists are always a battle to get past in my experience

Nope, Feb 2016 according to the app! I remember that one tho, got a trainee GP and it was all a bit awk with an intimate problem. Poor guy 🤭

Ohhh good point, never think about it from the other side 😂😂 hope he got a decent anecdote out of it too.

The ‘new condition’ section will be available at 8 am, there are limited slots. My top tip: write a quick summary of your symptoms and what you’d like from the GP in your phones notes now. Set a 7:59 am alarm, and have that screen ready and refreshed at 8 am, then use your notes to complete

Your Notes will then get triaged my duty dr and you’ll get a text with your appointment details. Don’t expect the dr that you actually speak to or see to have read the notes that you submit 🙄. follow my top tip, you will get a guaranteed appointment tomorrow! Don’t be late ⏰ 8:04 is too late!

Well if it’s needed, may as well make the most of it! I didn’t get round to ringing mine this morning so I’ve now got an emergency call back in the “next 12 hours” from a nurse 🙄
