Just saw a guy park a cement mixer in a bus stop and walk into a Metro by T-Mobile store. Sometimes the issue in NYC is that we haven’t carefully considered the needs of working people who need to drive to make this city run. But sometimes it’s just that we let people do whatever.

Anonymity. People realize that almost no one will stop you in the act-this is true everywhere-but in a large place some people will realize there’s almost no chance of being recognized later either, at that point you’re conscience is your guide-which is…..not ideal.
