It’s really weird to hear all of this talk from ICC insiders about how code must be developed through the ICC process, and then ALSO hear them casting aspersions on me for making a formal ICC proposal without workshopping it informally with insiders first

R describes initial EC24-24 proposal at CAH 1. Initial 6 stories etc etc. This came out of the blue and had no input from stakeholders. Disapproved by committee 14-0.

I mean, basically, your proposal meant that they can't shuffle commas around, as they would prefer. And you, an outsider, coming in to our town and telling us what to do.
